By accessing QuizzyNest, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our service is provided by QuizzyNest Ltd (UK). These terms are designed to protect both the quality of our coaching and the security of our users.

Supplementary Learning Disclaimer: QuizzyNest is a supplementary home-learning tool focusing on logic and critical thinking. We do not guarantee specific school grades, exam results, or admission to educational institutions.

1. Account Creation & The Avatar System

To protect children's privacy and comply with international laws (COPPA/UK GDPR):

  • Parental Account: Only persons aged 18+ may create an account.
  • Avatar Profiles: Parents must create student profiles using fictional "Avatar" names. Do not use your child's real legal name.
  • Verification: Payment of the subscription/trial serves as Verifiable Parental Consent.

2. Trial Period & Billing Rules

TRIAL POLICY: If your sign-up includes a free trial, as specified at checkout, it lasts exactly for the duration specified at checkout. If you do not wish to be charged the full subscription fee, you must cancel via your Dashboard BEFORE the trial period ends.

2.1 Automatic Conversion

Upon the expiration of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription (Monthly or Annual, as selected during sign-up). Payments are processed automatically via Stripe.

2.2 No "Grace Period" Post-Trial

Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the service is considered fully active, and the payment is final (subject to statutory rights where applicable).

2.3 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Access to the service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital content (immediate access to brain coaching materials, downloadable reports, and logic journeys):

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods.
  • The trial period is your designated time to evaluate the service.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

This section should be read together with our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

4. Technical Infrastructure & Data Partners

QuizzyNest utilizes secure third-party partners to deliver and maintain the service. By using QuizzyNest, you agree to the processing of necessary data by:

  • Stripe: For secure payment processing and subscription management.
  • Supabase: For secure database management and user progress tracking.
  • MailerLite: For the delivery of weekly coaching sessions and parental reports.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: To ensure system security.

5. Service Reliability & Limitation of Liability

We strive for 100% service uptime, however:

  • Third-Party Dependencies: Our service relies on external providers (Hosting, Stripe, Supabase, MailerLite). QuizzyNest Ltd is not liable for service interruptions, data delays, or outages caused by these third-party systems.
  • Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform brief scheduled maintenance to improve our systems.
  • Force Majeure: QuizzyNest is not responsible for failures beyond our reasonable control, including global internet outages or infrastructure failures.
  • Compensation: In the event of a significant unplanned outage (exceeding 48 hours), our sole liability is limited to extending your subscription period by the duration of the outage.

6. Intellectual Property

All stories, mathematical logic structures, "Avatar" assets, and the "QuizzyNest" coaching methodology are the exclusive intellectual property of QuizzyNest Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of account access is strictly prohibited.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, share account access, or compromise platform security, without prior notice or refund.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using our service, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for any disputes.
