How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You pay £0 today. You get full access to all quizzes and reports. If you cancel before the 14 days are up, you won't be charged a penny.
What happens after the 14 days are over?
To keep the habits growing, your trial automatically transitions into a full membership (Monthly or Annual, depending on what you chose). We hate surprise bills, so we send a final reminder report at 5:00 AM (CET) on the day of renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel via your dashboard before this time if you decide not to continue.
Can I get a refund if I forget to cancel?
Because we provide immediate access to digital content and coaching tools, we operate a strict no-refund policy once a subscription payment has been processed. We provide multiple reminders (48h before and on the final morning) to ensure you have full control over your membership.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We minimize data collection by using age bands instead of exact birthdays. We are registered with the ICO (Reg: C1831536) and we never sell or share data with advertisers.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel instantly via the Parent Dashboard. It takes two clicks. No emails to support, no phone calls, no guilt trips. Just ensure you do it before your trial period concludes.
Do I need to sit with my child?
We recommend it! The session takes only 3 minutes. The final "Reflection Question" is designed for you to ask your child, creating a nice moment of connection. However, older children can do it independently if preferred.
