Refund Policy

At QuizzyNest, we provide immediate access to our digital brain coaching materials, logic puzzles, and personalized progress tracking. Because our content is delivered digitally and instantly, we maintain a strict refund policy.
1. Digital Content Nature
By subscribing, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the service has begun, in accordance with UK consumer law.
2. The Trial Period is Your Evaluation Time
We provide a trial period (e.g., a £1 trial or free trial, as specified at checkout) specifically to allow families to evaluate our service before any significant commitment. It is the user's responsibility to cancel the subscription before the trial ends if they do not wish to continue to a paid plan.
3. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe. To prevent future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your Parent Dashboard at least 24 hours before your next billing date. After a renewal payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While all sales are final, we value our community. If you experience a verified technical failure that prevented you from accessing the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, please contact us. In such cases, our sole remedy will be a pro-rated extension of your subscription time, not a monetary refund.
5. How to Cancel
Canceling is easy and can be done at any time:
- Log in to your Parent Dashboard.
- Go to Subscription Settings.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
You will retain access to QuizzyNest until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
