MindKata is a one-time digital purchase by QuizzyNest Ltd a nine-week email journey for parents of teenagers, delivered by email, with no subscription and no recurring charge. This policy explains how our refund guarantee works for this specific product.

1. What you're buying

MindKata is a single, one-time payment of £52. There is no trial, no recurring billing, and no subscription to cancel. Once purchased, you keep lifetime access to the nine weekly lessons, the MindKata Field Guide, and your completion certificate at the end of the course.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with MindKata for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

• The guarantee runs from the date of purchase, not from the date you complete the course.
• To request a refund, email hello@quizzynest.co.uk with your purchase email or order reference.
• We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary (typically 3–10 days).

3. After the 14-day window

Because MindKata is a one-time digital purchase, requests made after the 14-day window are not covered by this guarantee. If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing your lessons or downloads, contact us first most issues can be resolved without a refund, and we may make an exception where the problem was caused by our systems.

4. Digital delivery and consent

MindKata is delivered by email immediately after purchase and continues over nine weeks. By completing your purchase, you consent to this delivery schedule. Where applicable law requires it, this may affect statutory cancellation rights once delivery has begun nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Statutory rights

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
