What happens after the 14-day trial ends?
If you decide to continue, your trial simply rolls into the paid plan you selected at checkout. Nothing changes for your child — the weekly rhythm continues without interruption.
Can I get a refund if I forget to cancel?
Because QuizzyNest is a digital product with immediate access to content, payments are usually non-refundable once processed. The best approach is to cancel before renewal if you decide it is not the right fit for your family.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We keep data collection as light as possible and use age bands instead of exact birthdays wherever we can. We are registered with the ICO (Reg: C1831536), and we do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. QuizzyNest complies with COPPA, CCPA/CPRA, and UK GDPR.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel through your billing settings before your trial or subscription renews. If you would rather not do it alone, support can help point you in the right direction.
Do I need to sit with my child?
For younger children (ages 9-11), yes — that is often where the value becomes strongest. The weekly session is short, calm, and designed to create a small shared moment. Older children (ages 12-14) can also complete it more independently if that suits your family better.
Does QuizzyNest replace parenting routines or popular learning rules?
